Service Agreement Terms and Conditions.

All customers requesting services and retail sale from Lynch.I.T agree to the following conditions.

Representation

By requesting services provided by Lynch.I.T you are confirming that you are the owner of the

property in or on which the services are to be performed, or have received authorisation from the

owner.

Responsibility

Lynch.I.T is responsible for delivering you a high level of service. If at any time your experience is

less than expected, please let us know and we will make do everything possible to make things right.

It is your responsibility to inform us accurately of the condition of your device, as well as any

modifications or repairs, attempted and/or completed on your device prior to any work carried out

by Lynch.I.T . If your device is found to differ from your description, we will contact you to discuss as

further charges may apply.

Third Party Repairs

Lynch.I.T technicians are highly trained to provide service and repairs on your device. We are an

independent service provider, and are no way affiliated with any manufacturer. Although third-party

work on your device will void your manufacturer warranty, Lynch.I.T will offer its own warranty of 3

months from collection date on the parts and/or service performed by us.

Device PIN/Access/Passcodes

We will require the passcode of your Device in order to test the Device before and after the repair,

and to undertake a diagnostic analysis. If you do not provide this information, this can delay your

repair, and will often make it impossible to troubleshoot issues and diagnose faults. If a

PIN/Access/Passcode is refused, we cannot be held responsible for any issues with your Device as a

full functional check is not possible.

Repair Times

Repair times are only estimated and are never guaranteed under any circumstance. Some repairs

may take longer due to the specific needs of the equipment during the repair. There may be an

additional charge for urgent same-day repairs.

Water Damage

Lynch.I.T does not take responsibility for any additional damage or any progression in damage that

may occur for Devices that have been water damaged. Please note that opening the Device could set

off further damage and, in some cases, may be irreparable. After repair, unknown issues can also

arise which are beyond our control. In cases where further repair is needed, there may be additional

costs incurred.

Abandonment

Computers and devices are considered abandoned if you do not make contact with us within 30 days

of product arrival or service completion. We will make every attempt to make contact with you. We

reserve the right to recycle your product, in any manner that we decide, including resale, at our sole

discretion. We will make every effort to delete all data on your device prior to recycling.

Limitation of Liability

If any device should suffer additional damage than the condition in which it was given to us, or be

lost while in our car, the liability of Lynch.I.T will be limited to the cost of repair, or for the

replacement of the device in its condition at the time of transfer to Lynch.I.T based on current fair

market value. TRADE NAME’s liability for damages from any cause when it comes to repairing your

product is limited to the cost of the repair service, or a comparable refurbished replacement device.

Replacement will only take place when all repair options are completed. Replacement is based on

fair current market value and condition. TRADE NAME and its affiliates have no liability whatsoever

for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a repair or repair attempt, any advice given,

including any lost or damaged data, software, or lost profits or revenue of the customer. We also

reserve the right to refrain from providing any or all services requested and refund your payment,

wholly or in part, if minimum system requirements are not met or your requirements are unusual,

extensive, or beyond the scope of our services as reasonably determined by TRADE NAME staff.

Force Majeure

If Lynch.I.T ability to provide services is impaired by circumstances beyond our control, we may

choose not to provide services.

change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any guarantee as to the accuracy,

timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or

offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and

materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such

inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Warranty

Newly installed parts in all Devices are guaranteed for 3 months from the date of installation. This

covers any laptop, phone or tablet screen and/or LCD, and any other repaired or replaced parts that

malfunction, or do not work as intended or designed. Our warranty does not cover water

damage/tampering or any physical damage.

30-Day Service Warranty

We stand behind our technical services for 30 days from the date of service completion. If the

problem you are having is a direct repetition of the exact problem which caused you to request

service from us, then you are eligible for our warranty. There is no warranty offered by TRADE NAME

for any water damage service or repair due to the nature of such a repair or service.

Retail Sales

If for any reason you are unhappy with any purchase, simply return it to us unused and in its original

packaging in re-saleable condition as you received it within 14 days of purchase. We will issue a

refund for the price you paid for it, in the manor you paid for it. If the Item is faulty then please

return it to us. We will inspect and test the item and depending on the fault it might have to be

returned to our suppliers for repair/replacement or further inspection. Items that are returned and

not found to be faulty by us or the supplier cannot be refunded. If the item has a clear

Manufacturer’s fault, it can be replaced with the same or refunded if returned inside 14 days of

original purchase date. If the item is outside of the 14 days from purchase, then a replacement only

will be provided. Items that are returned and not found to be faulty by us or our suppliers cannot be

refunded. All devices are not covered by any warranty for impact damage or improper use damage.

Limited Warranty on Moving Parts and Lipo Batteries

Limited warranty applies to products such as moving parts and Lipo Batteries, Items such as Motors

have a limited warranty period of 6 months from date of purchase and this excludes any crash

damage, Neglect, or Overloading or Fitting props which will cause overload and damage. Lipo

Batteries have a limited warranty of a period of 3 months, this is due to the chemistry used to

produce this type of battery technology and the ease of user abuse such as discharging below critical

levels, incorrect charging methods, and incorrect storage.

Offers And promotions

If any 3 For 2 offer is made, it allows you to have the cheapest of the three items free of charge. This

is restricted to stock levels and no product can be pre ordered with this offer. No other offers can be

used with this offer. Offer is subject to stock levels.
